2. What is your main products?

Our main products are big slabs,small slabs,tiles,countertops,steps & risers,windowsill,mosaics,fireplace,columns,paving stone,cube stone,sculptures and reliefs,etc.

3. What are your payment terms?

We accept 30% T/T or Western Union in advance,70% in the period of shipment.

4. What is your MOQ for tiles?

Our MOQ is usually 5m2 for slabs or tiles.

5. What is your delivery time for tiles or slabs?

The time of delivery is usually one weeks after we receive the deposit.

6. How can you assure that the quality is as good as the pic?

(1). Our factory has more than 22 years experience in stone carving.With such rich experience,we can make products in any quality level,which will definitly carve your goods 100% according to your requests.

(2). Before packing,we will send you the pics of every detail.when you say "yes",will we start packing and transportation.If you think anywhere improper,we can arrange carver to keep adjusting until you think it is perfect.

7. Can you provide all your catalogue for me?

We have thousands of products, including water fountains, garden statues and other home decorations,such as tiles and slabs,fireplaces,sink and basin,onyx,stone line,countertops, etc.

8. Can you do the designs for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

9. Can deliver the goods to my home?

Yes.With rich experience in exporting,we pack it well and take care of everything from our factory to your home.

10. Do you supply installation service?

We dont supply the installation service but the installation guide will be send to you along with your goods,which shows you the procedure of installation.We suggest that you should find professional workers for your goods.With the installation guide,the professional workers can easily finish its installation.
