Substrate properties
The sintered lead-free copper alloy layer of the steel substrate has high load capacity and good fatigue resistance, and is suitable for dynamic load and impact load working conditions, especially in the case of reciprocating motion. Oil tanks or oil pockets designed as needed can store lubricants at the beginning of assembly to extend the lubrication cycle of the bearings. The lead-free friction layer material meets EU Directive 2011/65/EU.
Material organization
1. Lead-free copper alloy sintered layer: It has good wear resistance and excellent load-bearing capacity, low friction factor and good anti-seizure performance.
2. Carbon steel substrate: Provide bearing capacity and good heat transfer.
