Substrate properties

It is suitable for long-term use under boundary lubrication without maintenance. It is recommended that the initial grease lubrication, the oil storage hole on the bearing surface can guarantee the distribution of grease, and the process fueling can greatly improve the service life of the product. Excellent load carrying capacity, low friction factor and good wear resistance, suitable for rotary motion and rocking motion under heavy load and low speed.

Material organization

1. POM 0.30-0.50mm modified polyoxymethylene, which has good wear resistance and low friction factor even in the case of instantaneous oil shortage. The surface of the bearing has a regularly arranged oil storage pit with a spiral angle. When assembling, it must be coated with lubricating grease.

2. The copper powder layer is 0.20~0.35mm, which has good load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. Good thermal conductivity can transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing. The composite material can penetrate into the gap of the copper powder ball to improve the bonding strength.

3. Low carbon steel, which provides bearing capacity and heat transfer.
