SF-1B oilless lubricating bearing (bronze base) Product parameters
Substrate properties
It has the same material properties as the SF-1B oilless lubricated bearing (bronze base), and because the bearing matrix replaces the carbon steel substrate with bronze, it is more resistant to corrosion than the SF-1B oilless lubricating bearing (bronze base). High thermal conductivity, and the copper substrate also has good magnetic resistance. It is necessary to consider that SF-1B oilless lubricated bearings (bronze-based) products cannot be used with aluminum base holes because of the risk of electrochemical corrosion when used in all fields or at high humidity.
Material organization
1. PTFE/fiber mixture 0.01-0.03mm, a wear-resistant material, which can form a transfer film during operation to protect the grinding shaft and provide self-lubricating performance of the bearing.
2. Copper powder layer, 0.20-0.35mm, improves the bonding strength of PTFE mixture and copper plate layer, and has good bearing capacity and wear resistance. The higher thermal conductivity allows for rapid transfer of heat generated during operation.
3. Copper substrate, improve bearing capacity and heat transfer, and have better corrosion resistance.

Double metal bushings should be noted when selecting anti-rust oil
The bimetal bushing is a carbon steel matrix. The surface of the bronze powder has low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, long service life of the sliding bearing and good anti-seizure performance. Therefore, when selecting anti-rust oil, attention should be paid to:
1. Corrosion resistance of carbon steel;
2. Anti-rust performance of copper alloy;
3. Lubrication performance.
When selecting, it is recommended to apply two kinds of metal anti-rust oil (the traditional anti-rust oil is basically only for carbon steel), and the anti-rust oil should have certain lubricating properties. One is to consider the applicable type of multi-metal lubrication rust-proof oil, and the second is to buy a composite oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor and engine oil, which can be used after thorough mixing.
