Applications:

JDB-5 cast iron base self-lubricating bearing is a new product of solid lubricant embedded in HT250. It is a typical material. If the pressure is <14.5n>2. When the time or mechanical performance requirements are not very high, it can be used as a substitute for JDB-650 material. Can greatly reduce costs and meet the requirements of use. Double metal bushings should be noted when selecting anti-rust oil

The bimetal bushing is a carbon steel matrix. The surface of the bronze powder has low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, long service life of the sliding bearing and good anti-seizure performance. Therefore, when selecting anti-rust oil, attention should be paid to:
