SF-1S stainless steel corrosion-resistant bearing is made of stainless steel material, sintered in the middle of corrosion-resistant alloy powder, and the surface is rolled with PTFE-based low-friction material. Double metal bushings should be noted when selecting anti-rust oil

The bimetal bushing is a carbon steel matrix. The surface of the bronze powder has low friction coefficient, good wear resistance, long service life of the sliding bearing and good anti-seizure performance. Therefore, when selecting anti-rust oil, attention should be paid to:

1. Corrosion resistance of carbon steel;

2. Anti-rust performance of copper alloy;

3. Lubrication performance.

When selecting, it is recommended to apply two kinds of metal anti-rust oil (the traditional anti-rust oil is basically only for carbon steel), and the anti-rust oil should have certain lubricating properties. One is to consider the applicable type of multi-metal lubrication rust-proof oil, and the second is to buy a composite oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor and engine oil, which can be used after thorough mixing.
