Impregnated Carbon Graphite Rods High Purity And High Temperature Resistance

Graphite Rod

Graphite rod is most frequently used in the heating element of high temperature vacuum furnace, and the highest temperature of
the graphite rod can reach 3000℃. It’s also widely used in a heat source or heat radiation of high-temperature environments and
other various mechanical friction conditions. It has such traits as high thermal conductivity, high thermal stability, temperature
shock resistance and excellent electronic property.

Graphite Rod/Bar:

Graphite Rod&Bar is made from the domestic petroleum coke and widely used in the metallurgy, machinery, electronics and chemical industry, glass and ceramica, etc.

1. High ability to process graphite rods with large length and/or small diameter.
2. Extruded, vibrated, shaped and isostatic graphite rods can be provided according to customer needs.
3. According to different technical requirements, in order to improve the use effect of graphite rods and prolong the life of graphite rods, such as oxidation resistance and impermeability.

Application:
1. Suitable for industrial furnaces as structural or heating parts, such as graphite heating rods, graphite electrode rods, graphite support rods, etc.
2. As graphite stirring rods for metal melting, such as gold and silver stirring rods.
3. As a graphite lubricating stick.
4. Spectral analysis of high-purity graphite rods.
5. Graphite anode rods used in electrolysis.
6. As a graphite cylindrical rod material, it is used for casting, casting, sintering, electric discharge machining, and further processed into small graphite parts
