Product Description

The pipe based well screen is mainly composed of three key parts: the base pipe, the all-welded wedge-shaped wire screen and the support rod. Among them, the base pipe is based on the casing or tubing that meets the API standard, and is carefully made through the drilling process, and its material can be stainless steel to show good corrosion resistance, and API 5CT carbon steel casing can also be used to meet the needs of different working conditions; The all-welded wire winding screen is tightly welded with the base pipe with the help of a support ring, and the two are integrated to ensure the stability and reliability of the overall structure.

Features

1.High filtration accuracy: The all-welded wedge-shaped wire mesh is used as the screen sleeve, and the unique V-shaped opening design greatly improves the filtration accuracy, which can control the sand particles more effectively.

2.Excellent strength and resistance to deformation: the internal base pipe, the external protective sleeve can be added on request, and the overall strength of the perforated base pipe is only 2 - 3% lower than that of standard casing or tubing, which is enough to resist formation pressure. Even if part of the screen is deformed, the gap in this part will not widen, which greatly improves the reliability of sand control.

3.Variety of options: The screen sleeve can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel, which can be flexibly selected according to customer requirements.

4.Small gaps are good for oil and gas production: Smaller gaps can increase oil and gas production.
