Walthmac Gravimetric Control System measures the material consumption of the extruder and collects

the screw speed of the extrusion production line and the speed of the tractor in real-time to form a closed-loop

control system.After setting the output of meter weight/extrusion, according to this value,the system will adjust

the screw speed and haul off speed in real time to achieve the real-time controlling of the pipe wall thickness.

Setting the data you want in Gravimetric Control System,it will adjust the speed of screw in extruder and

Removing the storage hopper and adding an adapter to install the Gravimetric Control System,then install

the bracket and storage hopper above the system
