WalthMac Gravimetric Dosing Feeder is based on the weight detection,adopts a closed-loop control system based on weight dection.It is used for pipe wall thickness control. According to the preset meter weight/extrusion output value,the system will adjust the screw speed and haul off speed in real time based on its adaptive algorithm to achieve the real-time control of the pipe thickness.And the system will keep the wall thickness constant at the minimum value,that will greatly reduce costs.
