Gravimetric Feeder For Extrusion under WalthMac is a weighing control system.By controlling meter weight in extrusion to adjust the extruder's screw speed and haul off speed.Finally aim to reduce the ineffective wall thickness to save raw materials.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

By minimum wall thickness control and concentricity adjustment, the system can reduce the instability of inner wall thickness caused by fluctuation to save raw material.

Material usage saving calculation formula= π [ (ID2/)2 –(ID1/2)2] * Density * Length
