AWWA C153 MJ×MJ Reducer / Mechanical Joint Reducer for Pipe Fittings

Description
Ductile iron pipe fittings are mainly used for transferring the drinkable water and acid . With special ductile iron material, this series of fittings can also be used for transferring the acid in the acid plant or transferring slurry.
Pipe Fittings surface shall be smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects.
We have been specializing in manufacturing high quality ductile iron potable / sewage water pipeline products in China for more than 25 years. Ductile iron and cast iron pipe, fittings, valves, hydrants and drainage products are our main products, and orders have been exported over the world.

1. What's our process?

For fittings bigger than DN300, we use resin sand cast;

For fittings no bigger than DN300( including DN300), we use clay sand cast.

Green sand with hand moulding and 3 semi-automatic lines are available.

2. Could we foundry customers brand on castings?

Yes, customers brand marked on products are acceptable.

3. Is third party inspection is available for our castings?

Yes, both foundry in-house and third party inspection are available.

While the third party inspection may should be bear by customers self.
