Equipment pre-acceptance:
1. Conditions for pre-acceptance:
(1) The buyer shall provide the confirmed drawings, samples and test specifications related to the grinding work piece before signing the
contract and technical agreement.
(2) The Seller shall keep confidential all the technical data provided by the buyer.
(3) The seller shall inform the buyer 15 days before the pre-acceptance, and the buyer shall
prepare 10 pieces of relevant work pieces and send them to the Seller or the buyer shall take the work pieces to the Seller's factory for site acceptance according to the circumstances.
(4) The Seller shall make preparations for the pre-acceptance before the Buyer's personnel arrive at the equipment manufacturing plant.
(5) The parameters of the grinding wheel will be selected by the seller according to the drawings provided by the customer, and relevant grinding wheels will be configured after signing the contract.
2. Pre-acceptance contents and standards: Acceptance specifications agreed by both parties shall be carried out according to drawing standards provided by the buyer.
(1) Device appearance check.
(2) Convenience of operation and maintenance of the equipment (subject to the design of Seller's machine tool equipment).
(3) Influence of strength and rigidity of the equipment on quality (subject to the equipment accuracy test table provided by the seller)
(4) Equipment operation measured record (empty, full load running time, content, etc.).
(5) The main performance index of the equipment is recorded.
(6) Test records and assembly records of main parts.
(7) Confirmation of important parts.
(8) 10 pieces of grindable products were processed continuously, which met the requirements of the drawings and the equipment ran normally.
(9) The waste products allowed to be processed by the seller during the grinding process of thepre-acceptance work piece will be shipped to the buyer together with qualified test pieces or with the shipping machine.
3.In the process of pre-acceptance, the buyer has the right to put forward reasonable rectification opinions on the equipment, and the seller can make rectification upon the consent of both parties.
4.The Seller can ship the equipment to the buyer only after the seller signs the pre-acceptance document.
Device description:
1. Spindle
The spindle adopts a bearing type spindle with front and rear double support structures. After quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness reaches above HRC-62°, and the effective hardened layer on one side reaches above 1.5mm. The spindle adopts bearings. Type structure, self-lubricating and heat dissipation, support assembly at both ends, runout less than 0.002mm.
The regulating wheel spindle uses a servo motor of brand Delta, with freely variable speeds ranging 0-250 rpm (digital control), and the optimum and constant linear speed can be kept even when the diameter of regulating wheel is changed owing to wearing, bringing the best grinding quality.
The servo motor is smartly assembled in the regulating wheel holder, and drives the spindle directly through synchronous belts, with the same tilting angle as the regulating wheel, to keep the two belts parallel all along, which can avoid inertia loss, and some other inconvenience brought by the old-type chain transfer system. No chain or spring has to be changed often as before.
3. Double-V guides
Adopting a double V-shaped guide rail structure, with the surface precision scraped by hand and continuously automatically lubricated, ensure the accuracy and precision of the feed.
4. Wheel dressing system
A two-axis servo automatic sand dressing system with a cross structure is used to realize two-axis linkage interpolation sand dressing through the CNC system, and form-cut grinding of workpieces with tapers and arcs is realized. The sand dressing device adopts a dovetail groove purely manual scraping structure, and the sand dressing mechanism and the grinding wheel seat are designed as separate parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of the dressing device.
5. CNC system
The CNC system is co-developed together with the software provider, which has an intuitive HMI interface in Chinese language, and is easy for learn and operation. Equipped with servo motor, for automatic wheel feeding in one axis, good compatibility, and precise feeding.
