1. The body and components are cast by Milhanna high grade cast iron FC30, which is artificially normalized heat treatment and then treated by natural aging. Components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment once clamping processing. Precision size can be up to micron level, to ensure high precision equipment basic components.

2.Automatic lubrication system

The main shaft is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel, after tempering, carburizing heat treatment and then computer controlled cryogenic treatment, its surface hardness up to HRC-62° above, single effective hardening layer up to 1.5mm above. FX-12S spindle adopts dynamic oil film spindle.

3.Adjust the wheel drive system:

The driving Motor of the spindle of the adjusting wheel adopts YAS KAWA Servo Motor of Taiwan, and the FX-12S speed controls 0~320rpm to adjust the optimal linear speed. When the outside diameter of the adjusting wheel changes, the linear speed can still maintain the same, which ensures the precision and finish of the machining workpiece and grinds out the best product.

The servo motor is skillfully designed and installed on the adjusting wheel box and directly driven by synchronous belt, which can be used to hit the tilt Angle with the adjusting wheel at the same time when grinding, to ensure that the two belt wheels are always parallel, which overcomes the inertia loss caused by the chain multi-section transmission of the old type centerless grinder and many adverse effects brought by the chain Angle, and avoids the frequent replacement of the chain and the zipper spring.

4.Main shaft circulating oil system:

Spindle automatic lubricating circulating oil (senior spindle oil 10#) and oil pressure dressing device is the same oil pump, external oil tank, easy to clean and change oil, spindle circulating oil through the double circuit device filter and equipped with pressure controller, to ensure the life of the spindle.
