This equipment is a press-mounted machine designed for the rubber bushing of automobile shock absorber to be pressed into the lifting ring. This equipment is mainly composed of hydraulic system, press-mounted positioning system, press-
mounted system and electrical system. This equipment is powered by an oil cylinder for press-fitting, using a PLC
microcomputer to control each component to complete each action. The press-fitting positioning system accurately
positions the workpiece lifting ring and bushing. The upper cylinder presses the bushing into the lifting ring, and the upper cylinder presses the bushing into the lifting ring. The bushing is pushed back upward to make the bushing at both ends of the lifting ring even, and the pressing operation is completed in one go. The equipment is equipped with displacement and pressure detection, which can be used to detect displacement and force values during the press-fit process and generate a graph of the relationship between displacement and force (Note: the graph takes 10 data points and can be read).
