This equipment is specialized for a comprehensive fatigue test of rubber bushing in automobile shock absorbers. The test method simulates the stress state of rubber bushing loading, and is divided into three parts: the endurance test of axial torsion, radial impact, and axial lateral tensile force. The equipment is designed
with a dual-station structure, which can simultaneously perform durability fatigue tests on two groups of
samples. The sensor records the test data and stores it in the controller, which can be printed using a moving disc copy output. The test frequency, torsion angle, and test force can be adjusted within a specific range.
