Mining Used Air Motor Driven Concrete Spraying Dry Mix Shotcrete Machine
Dry Mix Shotcrete Machine
Description of Dry mix shotcrete machine:
Dry mix shotcrete machine is used for dry shotcrete and tidal shotcrete. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. It is widely used in tunnel, culvert, subway, hydroelectric engineering, underground engineering and mine roadway shotcrete construction in high marsh mine.
Operation Method of Dry mix shotcrete machine:
After the preparation work is finished, the mixing material can be added to the machine. The machine operator should first open the main valve, the valve of the upper air duct opens 1/3 circles, and then adjust the air pressure of the lower air duct (to the cyclone) to about 0.05-0.1 MPa (depending on the delivery distance). Then the sprayer opens the nozzle valve and gives the wet rock surface. At this time, the operator can start the machine and start shotcreting. Now the working pressure is about 0.2-0.4 MPa. According to the water-cement ratio of mixtures and the length of conveying distance, after adjusting and determining the wind pressure to the cyclone, the upper air pipe valve is opened again until there is no more material leakage at the machine outlet.
