Product Description
Ultrasonic electrode tab metal spot welding machine is commonly used for metal welding in winding and lamination processes. It has the characteristics of small size, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, firm structure, stable and safe use, and so on. The transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency high-power oscillation signal into mechanical energy at a corresponding frequency and applies it to the interface of the metal sheet to be welded, causing instantaneous heat generation at the junction of the metal sheets, thereby activating the particles in the metal lattice, allowing the molecules at the junction of the metal sheets to penetrate and weld together.
Features:
1.The internal resistance of the solder joint is small, the electrical conductivity is good after welding, and its resistance
coefficient is extremely low, close to zero;
2.All workpieces can be welded without pre processing, soldering tin, or soldering oil additives, which is economical and
convenient;
