Description

Main features:

This equipment is suitable for the top side sealing of the aluminum-plastic film pouch cell battery process. The equipment is manually discharged and the packaging process is completed by the following steps:

1. Top sealing part installation, 2. Side sealing part installation, 3. Short circuit measuring part installation, 4. Opening clip part installation, 5. Cutting part installation. The packaging head is mainly divided into hard seal and soft seal two kinds, according to different cell models can choose the corresponding head for production. The equipment adopts disc structure design, and through rigorous and high-precision processing and assembly efficiency, it ensures the stability and product accuracy of the production process of the equipment. Safety protection devices are used in many parts of the equipment to ensure the safety of people and equipment in the production process.
