The vacuum pre sealing machine is mainly suitable for vacuum pumping and hot pressing pre packaging of pouch cell lithium batteries after electrolyte injection and standing; This machine automatically completes the vacuum thermal packaging of the aluminum plastic shell of the battery by accurately controlling the main vacuum extraction box and pneumatic thermal sealing components.
Features:
1.The head is made of copper material, with good heat transfer effect, saving power consumption, improving work efficiency, and saving energy compared to similar products;
2.Through a perspective window, changes in the lumen can be observed during operation;
3.Can be applied to different specifications of product batteries, and easy to adjust;
4.The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted through pressure regulating valves to achieve different process parameters inquiry;
5.The cover cavity is driven by a cylinder and guided by a rotating guide sleeve, allowing for flexible movement up and down, and accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements;
