1. Main performance of fixture mechanism
1.1 The heating board is mainly composed of: finished aluminum plate, one side is fitted with 1.0mm thick insulation board, the other side is fitted with special 1.0mm thick silicone heating board, and the whole is covered with 300g smooth business card paper;
1.2 Working mode: The cylinder is driven from right to left, the battery is placed in a fixed position between the two layers of heating plates, and the clamping force of the battery is realized through the contraction of the fixture, while the positive and negative ears of the battery are in reliable contact with the contact of the formation cabinet;
1.3 The equipment is a double-sided hinge door structure, each door is installed a piece of tempered glass, easy to observe the internal operation of the fixture;

1.5 Heating time: Taking room temperature of 25℃ as an example, ≈15 minutes to 60℃, ≈25 minutes to 75℃;
1.6 The contact is four-wire method, and the contact is 24K gold plated with phosphorus copper, which has the advantages of accurate sampling, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the contact;
1.7 The constant current control board adopts the four-wire fixture method to measure, to eliminate the wiring and contact errors to the maximum extent, easy to use and maintain, high test accuracy, each contact fixture battery channel has a completely independent constant current constant voltage source, its own loop does not affect each other;
