  • The outer diameter of the vibrating plate is 300mm, counterclockwise, the inner surface of the plate is 304 stainless steel, the inner surface is sprayed with glue to prevent scratches, the cylinder Yadke, the feeding push strip is 304 stainless steel, and the conveyor belt nylon tank belt RS40 specification

Composition 2

Negative pole piece feeding station

1. The cylinder of the negative electrode cover is pushed into the fixed position for positioning, and then the pole piece is fed and transported for positioning. The cylinder is pushed into the negative electrode cover and pressed in concentrically. The combined semi-finished product is pushed out by the discharge cylinder, and then the product is returned to the conveyor belt by the return cylinder for the next process.

Composition 3

Bowl Diaphragm Station

1. The feeding cylinder of the negative electrode cover is pushed into the fixed position and positioned in the center. The diaphragm material is rolled and fed at a fixed length. The bowl-shaped punching is passed through the precision upper and lower cutting die and pressed into the negative electrode cover (at this time, the diaphragm forming bowl-shaped upward state). The semi-finished product is pushed into the conveyor belt through the cylinder discharge + return material-automatic liquid injection-and enters the next process.
2. Components: air cylinder + feeding and discharging push strip + diaphragm shear die + diaphragm feeding mechanism + diaphragm fixed-length feeding mechanism + diaphragm scrap winding mechanism + CNC station plate + Yiweiqi ceramic liquid injection pump
3. In this process, the whole machine is 304 of stainless steel, and the material of the diaphragm shear mechanism DC53 is hardened.

Composition 4

Positive pole piece combination station

1. The cylinder of the negative electrode cover is pushed into the fixed position for positioning, and then the pole piece is fed and positioned for conveying. The cylinder is pushed into the negative electrode cover and pressed into the concentric combination. The combined semi-finished product is pushed out by the discharging cylinder, and then the product is returned to the conveyor belt by the returning cylinder for the next process.

2. The pole piece shall be manually placed on the belt, and the pole piece shall not overlap or fragment.

Composition 5

Positive shell combination station

1. The feeding cylinder of the negative cover is pushed into the fixed position and positioned in the center. The feeding bowl on the vibrating plate of the positive shell faces downward to feed. The semi-finished product is pushed into the conveyor belt through the discharge of the cylinder + vacuum suction combination + precompression, and enters the next process through the discharge of the cylinder + the return of the material.
2. Components: air cylinder + feeding and discharging push bar + positive shell vibration plate + letter shell suction and discharge mechanism + CNC station plate
3. In this process, the station plate + push strip + station column is made of 304 stainless steel, and the vibration plate surface is made of Φ 300 and 304 + glue spray anti-scratch treatment.
