Surface treatment ENIG

1. Do PCB panelizing as per 2x5

2. Add tooling hole and fiducial mark in breakways

3. Attach PI stiffener to the golden figure on the bottom layer, and the total thickness of stiffener is 0.33+/-0.05mm.

4. Attach 0.8mm FR4 stiffener to the pad on the bottom layer, and the total thickness of stiffener is 0.95+/-0.1mm.

5. Put in to production according to customer specified laminated stackup

Notes:

1. Enhance mechanical strength: Strengthen the anti-bending ability of the gold fingers and other parts to make them more solid and durable.
2. Reduce the risk of deformation: Reduce the chance of deformation caused by external forces during insertion and removal or use.
