When the wind turbine is abnormal or faulty, the wind turbine needs to be shut down. In order to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel, the wind turbine needs to be locked to prevent the rotation of the wind turbine from causing safety accidents. Wind wheel locking flange is used for wind wheel locking device.
