• 1.Field data are collected by sensors and transmitters. According to the process parameters given by users, advanced PID control theory (constant current) is used to make the control system reach the rated exciting magnetic field strength quickly, whether in hot or cold state. It solves the shortcomings of the former equipment, such as the decrease of magnetic field intensity and the slow rise of excitation, etc.
• The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation, and the magnetic field distribution is scientific and reasonable.
• 2.The shell of excitation coil adopts fully sealed structure, which has the characteristics of moisture-proof, dust-proof and corrosion-proof, and can work in harsh environment.
• 3.Oil-water composite cooling method is adopted, the excitation coil has fast heat dissipation, low temperature rise and low thermal attenuation of magnetic field.
