Main function and features:

1. Mechnical system:

  • Fluff vacuum adopt the side sucking mode, extending the vacuum area, to make fluff high density and soften
  • SAP feeding adopt roll type, quantitative mix and spread within cotton warehouse, after mix with cotton core, wrap molding
  • Dual pneumatic shaft to make sure auto splice with zero speed down
  • With auto web guider to adjust material position
