Pneumatic Emboss V Fold Facial Tissue Machine Box Pack or Soft Pack 100m/Min​

Description

V fold Facial Tissue machine is developed for customers targeting high production capacity and excellent facial tissue products.

Compact design and easy adjustment help operators to have full control of functionality and production of the machine.

Full-face embossing (standard/optional), edge embossing(standard/optional), glue lamination(standard/optional) are available.

In the same machine, you can also make V fold hand towel product.

It can connect with automatic transfer unit, log saw cutting machine and Automatic box packing machine or automatic wrapping machine to make a whole production line. Saving your laborforce and increasing your production efficiency.

1. Jumbo roll

(1) GSM: 18-45g/㎡single ply paper, 13.5-22g/㎡double ply paper(virgin pulp and recycled pulp paper are both ok);

(4) Steel wall plate(thickness 25mm), pneumatic paper loading;

2.Product size

(2) Folded size: (100±2)×200 mm；

(3) Production speed: 800-1000sheets/min×7lines (depends on the paper quality).
3. Transverse cutting

(1) Transverse cutting by vacuum absorption;

(2) The two transverse fixed blades can be adjusted independently to ensure paper cut-off.(Adjusting the blades by screws)

(3) Fixed blades adopt cylinder positioning, easy to thread the paper. (Adjusting the blades by screws)

Our Production Process and Delivery to Customer

We have our own CNC to do parts machining, and then shot blasting, we do baking paint for all the parts. Next we start the assembly, when the machines are finished, we will do the commissioning and test running. If customer will not come to our factory to check and approve, we will send machine photos and videos to customer before packaging and shipment.
