PROCESS OF THE PLANT
Raw salt is sent to a feed hopper at appropriate capacity and then transferred to a conveyor band.
A magnet is used to remove trash metals from this conveyor.
Raw salt is washed in a special washing system.
Crude salt is ground in a wet grinding system with a saturated brine.
Salt slurry is sent to a tank and pumped to a washing tank with one of centrifugal, high-pressure pump, centrifugal pump, axial flow pumps or gear pump.
Slurry is removed from slurry in washing tank.
Saltwater overflowing from washing tank is recycled.
Salt slurry is sent to hydrocyclone to thicken it.
Salt is removed from water in large scale by centrifugation. Iodine dosing is made.
In the fluidized bed dryer, salt is completely dried.
Drying milling is done to thin clumping salts.
Salts are passed through a screening machine to be classified.
If tablet salt production will be carried out, fine grade salt is sent to the rotary tablet machine.
The four washing is as follows
First Screw washing
Second screw washing
Stand-up stirring washing
Countercurrent washing
Three-crushing is as follows:

The combination of wet crushing, dry crushing and different ways of washing has greatly improved the salt quality. The above
operation is subject to adaptation according to the users’ different requirements due to the use of crude salt of different
quality
The following is the technical procedure of our typical ‘four-washing, three-crushing’ technology.

Fixed Fluidized Drying Bed Features:
Fixed fluidized bed dry the wet material into bed contact with the hot air in the wind above board, material suspended in the air, the formation of fluidized state, with the increase of gas flow velocity to some degree, the material is boiling state in bed. Under the fluidized material particles and hot air heat transfer, mass transfer, dehydration, drying effect. It can be used for salt, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is suitable for drying and cooling of dry powder, granule materials.
