What is pillow plate?

Pillow Plate is in 2types: single and double embossed, welded with fiber laser, to produce a pillow plate product there is no big difference between single and double embossed pillowplates, the application area's from single and double embossed platen different.

The pillow plates will be welded with filber laser.

1. Double embossed pillow plate:

Pillow plate with a double bulge on each side is created when two equally thick plates to be welded together, during the inflation of the pillow plate, both plates forming the same. A pillow plate with both sides equaly inflated pillows is caled "doulbe embossed pillow plate"

2. Single embossed pillow plate:

Pillow plate with a pillow at one side is made when a thin plate is laser welded on a thick plate and during the inflation of the pillow the thick plate does not deform, so a pillow plate where the thin plate has been deformed with a pillow and the thick plate is still flat or in the rolled radius is caled a single embossed pillowplate
