1. 3D Design/Samples for quotation According to 3D drawing or samples for quotation.
2. Negotiations

Including the price of molds, molds sizes, material for cores & cavities, weight of product, part cost, payment, mold life, delivery, etc.
3. Purchasing Order After the customer confirming the quotation.
4. Making mold(moulds)

Receive 3D model, start to do part DFM analysis, mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start production.
5. Production schedule Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold making progress with pictures.
6. Mold trial

We provide the molds trial free samples for confirmation (about 10-15 pieces), then get your sample approval, mass production.
7. Package Wooden case for moulds, cartons for parts, or as your requirements.
8. Delivery Deliver goods by air or by sea.

Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A:
1). For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into fumigation wooden case.
2). And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer' s request to pack.
