W-20 Aluminum Alloy Webster Hardness Tester (also known as the clamp-type hardness tester) is a lightweight, on-site instrument that can quickly test the hardness of aluminum alloys. The test is rapid, simple, and one card can be used. The hardness value can be read directly. It conforms to the China Nonferrous Metals Standard YS/T420 and American Standard ASTM B647. It is one of the two instruments recommended by the standard YS/T420.
Main functions and features:
1. The Webster hardness tester is suitable for testing profiles, tubes and plates. It is particularly suitable for the rapid and non-destructive inspection of product hardness at the production site, sales site or construction site.
2. The standard hardness block is tested by the standard hardness machine;
3. Webster hardness value can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values;
Main purpose and application:
1. Determine whether the workpiece heat treatment, check the heat treatment effect
2. Determine whether the workpiece is not processed by the appropriate alloy
3. Test inconvenience to the laboratory's long, heavy workpiece or assembly
4. For production inspection, acceptance inspection and quality supervision and inspection
Technical parameters:
1. Range: 0-20HW
2. Accuracy: 0.5HW
3. Measuring range: equivalent to Rockwell hardness 20 ~ 110HRE;
