ZKLDF Rotary Table Bearings

High Rigidity ZKLDF CNC Machine Axial Roller Bearings The ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearings are capable of bearing combined loads while maintaining high speeds and low friction torques, thus ensuring high rotary accuracy. The ZKLDF turntable bearings are suitable for use on high-speed rotary worktables, milling, grinding, honing heads, and precision measuring instruments.

Introduction

The ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing features a unity outer ring, two inner rings, two rows of ball rollers, and a cage assembly. The contact angle is 60°. The outer ring and inner rings are equipped with fitting holes, allowing for straightforward assembly with a joint bolt. The unit is secured by retaining screws for safety during transportation and handling.

The ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearings are equipped with double-side sealing covers that effectively repel dirt, impurities, and grease, preventing potential leakage. The ZKLDF turntable bearings utilize a sophisticated barium-based grease, allowing for convenient grease replenishment through dedicated grease holes.

The ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearings are designed with a 60° contact angle and two rows of ball rollers, which provide support for radial loads, double axial loads, and tilting moments. The unique design with copper cages allows the bearing to withstand high speeds, long periods of operation, high stiffness, and high precision, while minimizing friction torque. This makes the ZKLDF turntable bearing an ideal choice for high-speed, long-term applications such as high-speed rotary worktables, milling, grinding, honing heads, and precision measuring instruments.
