TA15 Titanium Alloy Round Bar High Strength TA1 Aviation Titanium Alloy TA2 Pure Titanium Plate.
TA15 titanium alloy has a density of 4.5 g/cm³.
TA15 titanium alloy is a near-α-type titanium alloy with a high aluminum equivalent, and its nominal composition is Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V. It has moderate room temperature and high temperature strength, good thermal stability and welding performance, and good process plasticity. Due to the high content of α-stabilizing element Al in its composition, the solid solution strengthening of the α phase is achieved, so that the alloy has both good thermal strength and weldability, and process plasticity close to that of α+β-type titanium alloy. In addition, TA15 titanium alloy also has good fracture toughness, fatigue limit, stress corrosion resistance and welding performance, so it is widely used in aerospace, military, chemical industry and other fields.
In terms of physical and chemical properties, the yield strength of TA15 titanium alloy is about 900~1100MPa, and the heat treatment system includes annealing, stress relief annealing and stress relief after welding. Its welding behavior is similar to that of α titanium alloy, and stabilization annealing is not necessarily required after welding. The strength of the martensitic α phase is close to that of the α phase.
TA15 titanium alloy is a medium-strength titanium alloy material with excellent comprehensive performance. Its composition mainly includes elements such as titanium, aluminum, zirconium, molybdenum and vanadium, of which the titanium content accounts for more than 80% of the total mass. This alloy material has a high room temperature strength, 30~50MPa higher than the common Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) alloy, and has good processing performance.
TA15 titanium alloy is widely used in aviation, aerospace, chemical industry, shipbuilding and medical fields. In the field of aerospace, it can be used to manufacture aircraft structural parts, camera connectors and engine parts because of its super strength, good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. In the field of medical devices, TA15 titanium alloy can be made into devices implanted in the human body, such as orthopedic fixation keys and artificial joints, thanks to its good biocompatibility.

ta15 composition
TA15 titanium alloy is a high-quality titanium alloy, which is widely used in aviation, aerospace, medical and other fields. Compared with other titanium alloys, TA15 titanium alloy has better mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and good heat treatment performance, so it has been widely used.
The composition of TA15 titanium alloy mainly includes titanium, aluminum, zinc, iron, oxygen, carbon and other elements. The titanium content of TA15 titanium alloy accounts for more than 80% of the total mass, and the remaining elements play a role in adjusting the alloy structure and improving performance.
The aluminum content of TA15 titanium alloy is about 5.5%~6.5%. Aluminum is an important element to improve the strength, hardness and corrosion resistance of titanium alloy. At the same time, aluminum can also promote crystal growth and form a stable a-phase structure during heat treatment, thereby ensuring the heat treatment performance of the alloy.
The iron content of TA15 titanium alloy is about 0.3%~0.4%. Iron has little effect on titanium alloy, but iron will affect the heat treatment performance of the alloy, so it usually needs to be precisely controlled.
The carbon content of TA15 titanium alloy is about 0.1%~0.13%. Carbon is another impurity element in TA15 titanium alloy. The presence of carbon will reduce the strength and hardness of the alloy, and also weaken the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Therefore, the carbon content also needs to be strictly controlled during the production and manufacturing process.
