ZDJ-800 Paper Plate Forming Machine

Standard ZDJ Paper plate machine has two working stations, each station install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digital control and electric control.Model ZDJ Medium-speed Automatic paper plate Forming machine has the functions of automatic pneumatic paper suction and paper feeding, heating and forming of upper and lower molds, automatic plate output, constant temperature control, automatic counting, etc. It is an ideal equipment for producing various specifications of round paper plates, square paper plates and special-shaped paper plates.

The inside of the machine adopts a deceleration motor. The machine runs fast, has a long life and is stable. However, the traditional deceleration box and motor separation structure has the disadvantages of slow running speed and frequent replacement of the running belt in the future. The machine runs stably and is not prone to paper jams with the double-pushing structure, and the production efficiency is high. The traditional direct push structure is easy to jam and the speed is slow.

Widely used in the production of plates made of paper or aluminum foil. Round or square dishes and plates of different specifications and shapes can be produced by exchanging the molds.
