Description

The cup lid forming machine is a processing equipment for plastic products such as disposable cup lids, bowl lids, and food inner packaging boxes.Double-station independent unwinding stand, equipped with automatic lifting function.Two-station electric furnace to increase production speed.The mold is clamped by pressing plate, which is convenient for adjustment and installation.The molding station is equipped with positive and negative pressure devices.

The electric furnace of the cup lid forming machine is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.
