Automatic Soldering Pipe Aluminum Plasma TIG Arc Spot Car Industrial Laser Welding Robot

Carbon steel welding application has below features:
1)-The robot moves fast, it can effectively improve the beat and the transition is natural.
2)-Sheet metal process in arc welding software package:The acceleration of small line segments and flying start of welding arc effectively improve the beat, and the wire withdrawal function effectively improves the success rate of arc starting, and fish-scale welding can weld thinner plates.
3)-The robot and welding machine adopt full digital communication which is fast and stable.
4)-DC,sheet metal, ultra low spatter: both CO2 and mixed gas can be used for ultra low spatter welding.
5)-The welding arc of sheet metal process controlled by low welding heat is still stable even at very low voltage.
6)-Smooth short circuit transition:The welding arc is softer with tension and good shape.
7)-The clearance tolerance is very high:High clearance tolerance for errors in workpiece sets.
8)-Feedback control of wire feeder encoder:When the arc fluctuates, it can be adjusted quickly.
