(5)Automatic model adjustment
Traditional welding production line: when the assembling machine and straightening machine are working, the wing plate and web plate need to be adjusted manually, which wastes time. For example, when the assembling machine works, each time H steel of different specifications is replaced, the equipment needs to be adjusted, and the normal and skilled operators also need about half an hour.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: model automatic adjustment, web, flange plate automatic reference alignment, convenient and fast.
(6)Investment cost
Traditional welding production line: self purchase gantry welding guide rail, welding cable, w frame, etc. about 50000 rmb.
Assembly welding and straightening machine: it can be used by connecting power supply, without additional cost, convenient and fast, and saving cost.
