1. Simple introduction
The welding solution is used for tube to tube/ tube to sheet automatic welding, with 3D cross laser identification and positioning technology, it is able to recognize the welding gap of tubes and guiding welding head to positioning to achieve high efficient tube to tube/ tube to sheet welding. It adopts smart design idea and no need workers involve during in working, improve the quality and welding efficient.

● Tube material: carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys
● Tube diameter: φ10-50mm (one laser scanner) or φ50-80mm (one laser scanner)
● Wall thickness: 1-6mm
● Tube stretch out: maximum 20mm
● Work-piece effective rang: φ3000mm
3. Welding technology and standard
● Full position pulse TIG self-melting/ wiring welding
● The gap from tube and tube-panel is less than 0.5mm
● Welding seam: welded surface is smooth transition, uniform appearance, good fusion, no porosity, cracks and other obvious welding defects. Weld depth and foot height meet product quality requirements
