Drill pipe usage notes
1. When using a new drill pipe, make sure that the screw thread of the front section of the drill bit (protecting the shaft head) is also a swivel close to the new ring thread, which will easily damage the screw thread of the new drill pipe, resulting in water leakage, snap, loosening and other conditions.
2. When the drill pipe is used for the first drilling, it is necessary to "grind new threads", which includes first smearing thread oil, then fully screwing with the drill, then opening the threads, and then smearing thread oil and opening again. Repeat this for three times to avoid new wear and snap.
3. Keep the drill pipe as straight as possible under the ground and on the ground, so as to avoid unnecessary wear and tear on the side of the screw thread, or even tripping. It is very important to anchor the drill well to avoid force movement during construction.
4. When making up, screw it slowly to reduce overheating wear.
5. When making up each time, it must be tightened with full torque, and always pay attention to whether the clamp is in good condition.
6. Shorten the distance of the drill into the ground opening, because if the drill pipe is lack of support, it will be easy to bend and deform the drill pipe when it is pushed and guided, resulting in shorter service life.
7. Keep the inlet angle as small as possible, and slowly change the angle according to the safety requirements of drill pipe.
8. Do not exceed the maximum bending radius of the drill pipe, and pay special attention to the change in horizontal section during drilling and the change in angle during drilling.
9. The drill pipe shall be used in turn to avoid the fixed drill pipe from guiding and expanding. It must be used in turn to avoid breaking the pipe due to excessive wear.
