Plastic Driveway HDPE Gravel Grid Geocells For Road Soil Stabilization Geocell Retaining Walls Hot Sell
Product Introduction
Honeycomb geosynthetic geocell is a new type of high-strength geosynthetic material, which is a cell system with a three-dimensional mesh structure formed by ultrasonic needle welding of polymer nanocomposites. This structural system can expand and contract freely, fold during transportation, and be stretched into a three-dimensional grid with a honeycomb structure during construction. When filled with materials such as concrete, crushed stone residue, and soil, it can form a structure with high stiffness and strong lateral limiting force. It has good mechanical properties, terrain adaptability, long-term durability, environmental protection and other characteristics, and can be widely used in slope protection, stable roadbed, river treatment, soil and water conservation, and ecological restoration.
After unfolding, the honeycomb geocell presents a honeycomb like appearance and can be filled with sand to prevent soil erosion and damage to green plants on slopes caused by rainwater erosion. The slope gradient of the slope determines the height of the honeycomb geocellsheet, such as common sizes such as 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, etc.
If the slope is steep, use a flat laying method. If the surface of the slope is not smooth, with stones and potholes, it needs to be leveled and treated before construction. When laying honeycomb geogrids on slopes, it is necessary to use a top-down approach, especially for river slope protection, which can be pre laid with geotextiles to increase the permeability of the laying layer.
