Application of large diameter hollow wall winding pipe :
The extrusion line is mainly for producing large diameter hollow wall winding pipe. Large diameter winding pipe(inner diameter from150mm-3000mm)has high ring stiffness and high brunt intensity with special structure. Usage
1. The pipe produced by the SGB large-diameter winding pipe production line uses high-density polyethylene as the main raw material. The first extruder extrudes the round pipe and sets it into a square pipe through a shaping cooling machine, and then enters the winding forming machine. The two extruders extruding the melted adhesive strip to form a square tube with a spiral form. The inner and outer walls of the extruder are flat and smooth. The specifications are φ200-3000mm.
