Pre-sale & post-sale service
- After the quotation is accepted, we will send candy samples to the customer for a try.
- Assistance with customers to do market research: study about market competitors and competing goods prices; sales channel confirmation; target consumers confirmed; consumer preference analysis.
- And finally confirm first order flavor/packaging/quantity.
- After customers receive goods, follow closely each item's sale situation and market feedback. Help customers on future order plans / problem-solve / flavor adjustments.
- Supporting policies will be offered. We will provide promotion-free samples or AD poster materials or cash as support. The customer's other requirements are negotiable.
- Supporting policies are not fixed. They are flexible.
