PHE Function
Plate heat exchanger is a heat continuous transmission from one medium to another medium energy without increasing process of the device. The basic concept of plate and frame type heat exchanger is in thin corrugated metal plate on both sides of the two kinds of liquid flows, so you can easily transfer heat between the two.
PHE Structure
M&C plate heat exchanger is composed of a certain number of gaskets, they fixed between the top bearing bar and lower guide rod. Plate with fixed frame plates (head) and movable framework (follower) the connection between the rod is compressed. Connect the fluid through the framework into the plate heat exchanger and distribution between the plates. Through board alternate between channel flow control by place the gasket. These can be single line and multiple lines arrangement, depends on the application.
