This machine consists of three step-motor-driving servomechanisms,a feeding length-control mechanism,a bent radius-selecting mechanism and a bent angle-control mechanism. Firstly, we must input some data of the components, such as the bending direction, length and radius on the touch-screen in a certain formula. And then, the PLC can modulate and make the component bent according to the parameters.

However, some of the angles need to be realized with the help of the stop block and manual slewing gear installed on the machine. This machine is easier, simpler and more accurate to operate compared with other bending machines. This machine is equipped with three bending tooling of different radius, so it can make different circle radius on one tube.
