Incoloy 800H/NS112A/UNS N08810 Bar/Rod/Wire/Forging/Plate/Strip With Superior Mechanical Properties For Heat Exchangers
Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810 / NS112A) is a high-strength, high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for excellent structural stability and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures (up to 1100°C / 2010°F). It offers enhanced creep and rupture strength due to controlled carbon and aluminum/titanium additions. Available in bar, rod, wire, forging, plate, and strip, it is widely used in furnace components, heat exchangers, petrochemical reformers, and nuclear steam generators. The alloy resists carburization, sulfidation, and chloride stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for long-term exposure to harsh thermal environments. It is easily fabricated and welded, maintaining mechanical properties after thermal cycling. Incoloy 800H is especially valued in power generation, chemical processing, and heat treatment industries.
