Non Woven Felts For Textile Knitted Fabrics Compactor

These felts are used in all brand compactor machines to compact the knitted fabrics which produced as tube and open width. This felt should be choosen by our expert technical personnel. Because the felt is the most important component for compacting machines. Felt's installation is done by our technical personnel, if it wants.

Felt structure: The felts are manufactured with Polyester, Nomex fibre as needling.
-It is produced in standart and special dimensions for every mark compactor machines.
Thickness: 18-21 mm or Customized.
Weight: 8800 - 9000 g/m2
Special treatment: Pretensioned, heat setting
Working temperature: 200 °C~230°C
