Description

Stainless Steel Rain Cap for Generator Exhaust Pipe to Block Rain

Introduction:
* Exhaust stack cap is designed to be mounted on top of a vertical straight exhaust stack pipe and prevents water and debris from entering the stack
* Stack cap is not water-tight during pressure washes or under strong wind conditions
* Single bolt mount
* Nylon stop for quiet operation (zinc and chrome only)
* Exhaust cap should be placed on the outer diameter of the stack pipe
* Allow approximately 1/4 in of clearance between cap and top of stack
* For proper installation, the exhaust cap needs clearance for counterweight rotation and should be installed at a point that allows for this without interference
* <900 deg F temperature
