D.FANS SERIES

D.FANS series industrial large fan is a new type of HVLS energy-saving super large industrial fan independently developed by Company Ventilation based on aerodynamics principles. It has low speed, large air volume, and no dead angle air circulation, promoting 1-3 levels of natural wind effect. It can eliminate high temperature and stuffiness, balance air humidity, increase space oxygen content, smoke and dust removal, reduce bacterial concentration, and effectively solve problems such as stuffiness and humidity, airflow stratification, and dust retention in tall spaces.

DM.FANS SERIES

The DM.FANS series is a hand pushed mobile HVLS large fan independently developed and designed by companybased on the PMSM permanent magnet synchronous principle. The DM.FANS series with ultra wide angle air supply can supply air of over 40M, bringing a cooling effect equivalent to more than 30 small fans. Its easy to push casters can pass through any standard entrance, suitable for more indoor and outdoor places that require ventilation and cooling, such as workshops/gyms/outdoor events.

DW.FANS series is a vertical HVLS energy-saving fan, which breaks the installation limitations of traditional industrial large fans and is suitable for more indoor and outdoor places that require ventilation and cooling, such as airports, high-speed railways, amusement parks, bars, restaurants, citizen squares, commercial complexes, etc.
The DW.FANS series solves the industry problem of outdoor cooling. 1. Blade design: streamlined variable cross-section

Through aerodynamic simulation analysis, applying equal chord length theory, combined with the principle of relative linear velocity, a streamline variable cross-section fan blade was developed and designed, which gradually narrowed and thinned from blade root to tip, with more balanced force, more uniform air supply, and no cavity in the center.

2. Blade Material Selection:Aviation Grade Industrial Alloy Plate

Adopting 5052H32 high grade 1.5mm aviation grade aluminum alloy motherboard, precision CNC forming, higher strength and flexibility, ensuring no fracture. Lighter and safer in weight. Each blade only weighs 6.7 kilograms (7.3 meters in diameter, excluding buffer parts), with a small number of blades and light weight, reducing motor load, extending service life, and ensuring safety and energy conservation.

3. Blade Connection - Multi Point Riveting Process

16 high-strength steel core rivets are separated and riveted up and down (a single rivet can withstand 1500kg tension), forming independent surfaces on the upper and lower layers of the blades to withstand the strong centrifugal force when the fan is running at full speed.

With high-precision coordination with the blade buffer chamber, it efficiently absorbs stress and airflow vibration from the blade, reduces motor load, and extends service life.

2. 1 ° Micro Upward

There is a precise angle limit in the buffer chamber, and the blade handle is connected to the buffer chamber to form a 1 ° micro upward movement, effectively eliminating the reverse force generated during the fan operation and forming a conical airflow, achieving no voids in the center and increasing coverage.

Patent Integrated Hub:the core of fan safety

Patent Integrated Hub

By interlocking the upper and lower pressure plates with the concave and convex steps of the blade handle, the blade handle is integrated with the hub/motor, and the overall structure is used to withstand the centrifugal force during fan operation, without any stress on all fasteners.

Patent Inner Cone Shaft Sleeve

A patent inner cone kit is installed in the center of the hub, forming a structural self-locking with the output of the inner rotor motor, which naturally expands and tightens under the action of gravity, ensuring reliable connection between the overall hub and the motor.

Safety Anti Fall Structure

Anti fall ring and inner rotor motor: connect 5 blade handles with the anti fall ring through bolts, and form a sleeve hanging with the chassis of the frame to prevent falling due to wheel hub detachment or shaft breakage;

Anti Fall Ring And Outer Rotor Motor

The anti fall ring forms a collar with the motor flange, ensuring effective hooking in the event of motor shaft breakage and ensuring safe operation.

Open Space

Hermetic Space

When the airflow pushed outwards reaches the wall, the wall deflects the airflow upwards.After it hits the ceiling, the upward airflow is directed to a low-pressure area above the fan,where it is pulled toward the floor. Thiscreates a convective-like airflow that will gain momentum.

Multi-fan combination

When there are multiple properly spaced fans,the airflows of adjacent fans meet to form apressure zone.The pressure zone acts like awall, making each fan act like an enclosed fan.Usually, a fan's performance improves when it works with other fans.

Obstacle

Obstacles on the floor will block the horizontally moving airflow, but will not block too much airflow if the height of the obstacle is below the active airflow. Air flows smoothly around these obstacles, losing a little momentum and leaving only a small stagnant area behind the obstacle.
