H beam steel mezzanine platform adopts H-type steel and cross beam as the major supporting for the steel panel.Usually we use the steel panel or MDF panel for the mezzanine floor,there are also with staircase and guardrail.Match with the cargolift for the efficientcy.

It is suitable for the higher warehouse,large loading capacity,longer span and large storage,it will be full use of the space,one warehouse used as two warehouse.Widely be used for the electonics products,hardware,commuincation and printing,etc.

Adding mezzanine work platforms can be the most cost efficient way to increase warehouse storage space without the expense of a building expansion.

There are 3 kinds of mezzanines available. They are mezzanine building, half racking mezzanine and full racking mezzanine system.

Mezzanine building
It is just a simple mezzanine floor system, you can use it is as office or storing goods without any racking shelves.
1. What is you warehouse size(length *width *height) /Could you send me your warehouse drawing?
2. How many levels you want? And what is the height of each level? In the below picture, it is 2 levels: Ground floor + mezzanine floor.
3. What is the load capacity of the mezzanine floor? (kg / per square meter)

If you don't have one. No need to be worry about that. We are willing to design one for you freely.
We need these information
1. The size of your warehouse. Width*Depth*Height
2. It would be better if you can offer a drawing of your warehouse. So that we can know the quantity and location of columns and barriers.
3. Are your goods put on pallets or in cartons?
4. What goods are you going to store on the racks? May I know the size of cartons? (Width*Depth*Height) And we want to know the weight of each carton as well.
5. With these information, we can know what load capacity of mezzanine is workable for you.
