Description:
The material is the carbon structural steel or ductile iron, and there are two important parts: the main journal, the connecting rod neck.The main journal is installed in the cylinder body, connecting rod neck and the big hole connecting, small head hole and cylinder piston connecting, and it is a typical slider-crank mechanism.
The key technology of heat treatment forthe crankshaft is surface strengthening processes. Ductile iron crankshaft generally use normalizing process to make preparations for surface treatment. Forging steel crank shaft is adopted shaft neck with round quenching process.
Process:Ingoting-->forging-->first heat treatment--> rough machining -->second heat treatment-->finished machining
Applications:
Crank shaft is main rotating parts of engine, after mounting connecting rodit can undertake of connecting rod up and down movement into circulation movement, and is important parts of mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.
